In all aspects of its design; its orientation, construction techniques and selection of materials, the building strives for environmental sustainability. Clad in black recycled plastic panels and reclaimed timber, the building illustrates an innovative use of recycled materials. Complete with café, exhibition spaces, lounge area, offices and an impressive view to Victoria Harbour.
