We are delighted to announce that our Rockingham Townhouses in Kew have won the coveted award in the category “
Best medium-scale multi-dwelling residential development (up to 3 storeys)” in the 2018 Boroondara Urban Design Awards. The jury commented that:
“The Rockingham Townhouses present a well-considered approach to multi-dwelling development on a large sloping corner allotment in an evolving neighbourhood. The five double-storey dwellings are stepped, separated and shaped to ensure appropriate presentation to both street frontages.
